The Global Marine Renewables Conference is just two weeks away: April 15-16 in Washington, DC. Among the distinguished presenters at the conference will be Pierce Atwood's own Lib Butler. Lib's a great advocate of public-private collaboration and will be moderating a panel on "Perspectives of the NGO Community." A full agenda for the conference is available here.
