US Fish and Wildlife Service Releases Final Land-Based Wind Energy Guidelines

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service released the final version of the Land-Based Wind Energy Guidelines today.  These are a revised version of the voluntary guidelines discussed in our previous post.
